Shopping Small Feels Good And Is Easy To Do- Some Hard Working Folks You Can Support This Holiday Season (and year round too)

Supporting small businesses has only gotten easier to do. Whether you’re finding your new favorite brand on instagram, pinterest, or ETSY — companies like squarespace and square have made it easy for entrepreneurs to open up online shops for their businesses. Please don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here, running a small business is HARD. Being able to access small brands and business and have the ability to support them by purchasing from their shops no matter where they or you are - is easy. There are also companies, like Renagade Craft fair, who are bringing small businesses and creative communities across the country where you can shop in person.

When it comes to gift giving…Sometimes you’re looking for something specific, and sometimes you’re not sure what it is that you’re looking for, but you’ll know when you see it. Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite brands and small businesses — and I think you’ll find something for just about anyone within this selection… I’ve listed out gifts for men, women, home-bodies, kids, and pets!

In case you missed it, we posted Holiday Gifting On A Budget, with gift ideas under $25, and $50. It’s the thought that counts. ♥

Happy holidays :)

cheers,
Kerry

You don’t have to break the bank to bring a smile to someone’s face with a meaningful treat that lets them know you’re thinking of them.

Below I’ve included some inspiration and links to a variety of companies where you can shop small and purchase some great gifts for under $25 and under $50, for anyone on your list. Several of these are my small business owning friends who are all amazing, and others are just some brands that I think are great! Of course there are many other small businesses who I think are awesome, and below I’ve linked a couple of sources you can use to scout out other small businesses!

I hope you find some inspiration here! Wishing you all a lovely holiday season.

cheers!

Of course I believe it’s important to shop all year round — when you can. I completely understand that sometimes it’s just not in the budget to shop small for every purchase you make, and I’m right there too. But, I do think that we can make the choice to shop small for several occasions. Choosing to make purchases from small business is easy when you’ve got a gift you’d like to buy (holiday gifts, birthdays, housewarming, or new babies). Choosing to spend your money with a small business can help a community grow, help a dream stay alive, encourage creativity and support the growth of a new idea or way of thinking about something.

Below I’ve included some inspiration and links to a variety of companies where you can shop small for anyone on your list. This list hits all price ranges for different budgets. Several of these are my small business owning friends who are all amazing, and others are just some brands that I think are great! Of course there are many other small businesses who I think are awesome, but I wanted this link to be easy to navigate and useful.

I hope you find some inspiration here! Wishing you all a lovely holiday season.

cheers!
