Supporting small businesses has only gotten easier to do. Whether you’re finding your new favorite brand on instagram, pinterest, or ETSY — companies like squarespace and square have made it easy for entrepreneurs to open up online shops for their businesses. Please don’t misunderstand what I’m saying here, running a small business is HARD. Being able to access small brands and business and have the ability to support them by purchasing from their shops no matter where they or you are - is easy. There are also companies, like Renagade Craft fair, who are bringing small businesses and creative communities across the country where you can shop in person.
When it comes to gift giving…Sometimes you’re looking for something specific, and sometimes you’re not sure what it is that you’re looking for, but you’ll know when you see it.
